They have carefully chosen manufacturers and suppliers that share their commitment to sustainability. They have developed a relationship with a manufacturer in Shenzhen, China, that has fostered mutual gain since 2017. Together, they work to increase their use of upcycled materials, decrease waste material, reduce production power usage, and take other measures to reduce the manufacturing impact on the environment. Plus, they’re a standing member of 1% for the Planet, whose members commit to donating 1% of annual sales to environmental causes. This company has made major investments in capital equipment to ease workers’ burden, increase productivity, reduce defect rates and make the process smoother overall.
